- Select the sign size and color that you sold.
- Upload your design file using the upload tool.
- Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
- Shipping Info: Paste the customer's name and address.
- Email: Use YOUR business email (so the customer doesn't see our brand).
- Check out: We handle the rest and send tracking to you!
Step 4: Create a Winning Listing
Don't guess what works—use this exact framework to build high-converting listings on Etsy or Shopify.
1. Titles & Tags
The Title: Keep it long and to the point. Include exactly what it is and who it is for. Fill up as much of the 140-character limit as you can.
Example: Custom Metal Dog Sign, German Shepherd Metal Wall Art, Personalized Pet Memorial Gift, Dog Lover Decor
The Tags: Always use all 13 tags on Etsy! Keep them highly related to the product, the theme, and the occasion (e.g., "New Home Gift", "Outdoor Metal Art" "German Shepherd sign").

3. Mockups
You need high-quality photos. We recommend Canva or Photoshop. Here is the winning formula:
- Start with your black design on a white background (like it's ready to fulfill).
- Create 3 personalized examples of your design (e.g., The Millers, The Andersons, The Williams) and clear the background.
- Photo 1 (The Hook): Place your design on a clean background (like white brick) and add a drop shadow to make it look 3D.
- Photos 2-5: Show the design hanging in lifestyle settings (living rooms, exterior walls, front doors).
- Final Photo: Include a sizing and color chart. (Right-click and save the image below to use on your listings!)
